He has been a consultant with several organizations including the World Bank, the Food and Agricultural Organization, the European Commission, and the Government of India. Rishi Raj Mishra (Trustee & Regional Head) Mr. Rishi Raj is the center head of Uttar Pradesh Rajarshi Tandon Open University, Allahabad. He is in charge of coordinating all ground-level initiatives of the FARF organization.

Anand Pandey has more than 20+ years of Industry experience. He has completed his Ph.D. (Economics) in Financial Inclusion from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli. He did his Masters in Statistics from the University of Allahabad and two years M.Phil. Coursework from IGIDR Mumbai. He has been working on creating awareness of government policies and local education/health/transport infrastructure development in some rural villages of Uttar Pradesh, as well as a few initiatives in Karnataka state.

Ashok Mishra (Co-Regional Head, Bhadohi) Ashok is a lawyer in Bhadohi’s district court. He is in joint charge of Village Level Initiatives and FARF’s Adarsh Gram Yojana (FAGY).
Ridhima Sodhi (CSR & Research Coordinator) Ridhima is a CSR coordinator and specialist in rural research. She received her Master’s in Public Policy & Management from Carnegie Mellon University in 2016 and also has a Master’s in Economics (2012) from the Delhi School of Economics, India.
